FLAMINGO

Flamingo is a small and cosy nail studio located in a historic house built in 1886. The space was originally in poor condition and required a complete interior transformation within a limited budget and a tight timeframe — making efficient planning and creative problem-solving essential to the project.

The design concept was inspired by the lightness and grace of a flamingo. Delicate powder pink tones are combined with shades of green to create a calm, relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Soft, flowing curves introduce movement and elegance, while adding a subtle touch of extravagance to the interior.

Despite the studio’s compact size, every square metre was carefully planned. A comfortable waiting area was integrated without compromising the working space, while storage and essential functions were incorporated into the layout as efficiently as possible.

One of the existing pieces of furniture was given a completely new role: a simple white cabinet was transformed into a decorative focal point with a bold geometric pattern, demonstrating how creative interior design solutions can add character without requiring a large investment.

The project focused on achieving the maximum impact within real-world constraints — limited space, budget and time — while creating an environment that feels considered and distinctive.

The result is a warm and inviting nail studio interior where beauty, comfort and functionality come together in a small but memorable space.
