To begin the interior design, a cohesive color palette was developed: deep purple combined with a soft mist tone. In room #1 (the older sister’s room), the accent color is mustard, while in room #2 (the younger sister’s room), accents of mustard, sky blue, and pink were added. The palette was complemented with textures, wood, soft textiles, matte surfaces, and rounded shapes, enhancing both comfort and style.
Work was also done on the architecture of the rooms. Originally, the ceilings were low and the proportions awkward. Raising the ceiling by just 10 cm significantly improved the sense of space and comfort.
In room #2, existing cabinets were built into a niche to make them less visible and instantly transform the room’s layout. A mural painting on the central wall draws attention away from the irregular geometry while creating a magical atmosphere. A spacious chest of drawers for books defines the reading area, and a weightless canopy over the bed adds lightness and a sense of mystery to the interior.
